The HR and artificial intelligence sectors were in the spotlight during the latest Delano Live. What impact will AI have on diversity? Can a system be programmed to ensure that enough women or other groups are included? Or could these systems simply perpetuate existing problems? These are some of the questions on which the Swedish Honorary Consul in Luxembourg, Mr Claes-Johan Geijer, gave his vision in front of almost 60 of our members.
