Leadership Solutions Europe (LSE) announces that Andreas Verykios has joined LSE as a partner, bringing the number of partners to four.

Current LSE partners Olger Draijer, Paul-Michael Schonenberg and Chris Garratt welcome the addition of Andreas who will further strengthen our LSE Team.

A former HR Director with close to 40 years international experience in private and public sector organisations at senior executive level. Born in Greece, Andreas studied economics at the University of Geneva, Switzerland, and business administration (MBA) at INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France. He speaks English, French and Greek fluently and has a working knowledge of German.

After starting his professional career in private sector service companies, including banking, he moved to Luxembourg in 1981 as a lending executive at the European Investment Bank (EIB), the EU’s project finance bank. During his 28-year career at the EIB, he took up a series of senior positions, including five years as Director of Human Resources.

He has first-hand experience of a multitude of situations involving leadership and human relations issues in a cross cultural environment and his period as HR Director has left him with a strong interest in personal development and coaching. He has undergone specific training in coaching at the LKB School of Coaching in Paris and at the Academy of Executive Coaching in London. He is a member of the Luxembourg chapters of both the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) and the ICF (International Coach Federation).
