With the advice of CBRE, KPMG has found additional office space just opposite its headquarters to enable the growth of the company. The chosen building is the office building Axento in the Kirchberg district.

The Axento is located along the well-known avenue JF Kennedy which is the main road linking the Kirchberg district to the city center and the motorway network. Significant leisure facilities such as a cinema and the Auchan shopping complex, a public swimming-pool, a park, hotels and a sports stadium are also located within this zone.

The surface leased by KPMG has a size of approximately 3.000 m². The move to the additional offices will occur in two phases during 2017.

With this transaction CBRE once again confirms its position as a major actor in letting services in the Luxembourg market.
