Our reporting solutions have outclassed the competition and the key differentiating factors have centred upon our high level of automation, combined with the efficient approach of our Gantt chart-like intuitive user dashboards.

“The ongoing regulatory requirements are a major challenge for our clients. For over 20 years we have been here to support them and minimize the impact of the legal changes on the day-to-day business”, comments Lee Godfrey, Deputy CEO at Kneip.

Judges of the competition were looking for evidence of a compliance and regulatory service that helpscompanies address regulatory requirements such as detecting potential violations, addressing identified compliance issues and interacting with the regulator in an effective and cost-efficient manner.

“Fund Services Awards give providers the opportunity to showcase their expertise and the ability to fulfill the increasingly complex needs of the fund management industry”, notes Investment Week, the organizer of the competition. This is exactly our case: Kneip was the pioneer in providing AIFMD reporting solutions on the Luxembourg market, being the first to file transparency reports to the local Regulator, the CSSF, in January 2014.

“We have managed to successfully prepare for all the stages of the transparency reporting and at present we are already producing AIFMD and MMIF reports for over 1000 funds. The award will only further encourage us to work hard with our clients on the next regulatory requirements”, adds Mr. Godfrey.

It is not always easy to be innovative within the disciplined boundaries imposed by regulatory guidelines. We are thus more than satisfied that we have successfully identified and deployed solutions  that answer all regulatory challenges, while ensuring that our clients remain compliant.
