«We look forward to starting driving in Luxembourg to collect images for Street View. For operational reasons we have not yet started driving in Luxembourg but may do so later this year if the weather and light conditions permit.  The images collected by the cars will then be processed and carefully stitched together so they can appear in Google Maps, a process which takes several months. As always, identifiable faces and car number plates will be automatically blurred. After publication people will be able to report any inappropriate images for additional blurring or removal via the simple 'report a problem' button.

We agreed to Pre-publication Opt-out in Germany due to the unique position in German law and we have no plans to do this in other countries at this time»
