Pascal Meier the CEO, explains: ‘In 10 years Edouard Franklin has become the leader in recruitment of Luxemburg’s financial center. He then expanded his business into Belgium, Switzerland, the U.K. and France. Edouard Franklin was not involved in the industrial, commercial or service sectors and it was important for our group to get established in these markets.

Telluride is a firm dealing with the recruitment of headhunters, specialising in the industrial, commercial and service sectors. Our goal is to be able to offer a service and a method in common (recruitment and headhunting) due to the association of the two firms, in order to become a major player in, and over and above, the Luxembourg recruitment market.

From the strength of expertise of the two Telluride operational partners, Thierry Groshens, its founder and Christophe Goullet, a senior ex-consultant at Robert Walters and Hudson, we will build a solid team to serve this vast market in the best way possible. Each firm will be an expert in their own sector and in their fields, and the two associated firms will cover the whole market. We wish to preserve our two brands with their strong identities and our specialist data bases whilst pooling our IT, logistics and organisational resources.’

Thierry Groshens concludes: ‘ Telluride has been active in Luxembourg for 10 years already and has acquired a solid reputation in the realm of headhunting. Pascal Meier, our new Partner and I share the same ethical values and those of rigor and high quality, and he will help us to develop using the same operational and commercial model as Edouard Franklin, which has made a name for itself in its sector. ’.

Together the 2 firms will have 16 people working in the same premises in Luxembourg.
