e-Kenz S.A., one of the first SAP SaaS service providers in Luxembourg and the Greater Region, today announced that it has successfully accomplished the Partner Center of Expertise (PCoE) certification from SAP for SAP Business All-in-One solutions.

Exclusively available for SAP Channel Partners providing support for SAP solutions, PCoE certification was introduced by SAP to assure high-quality support by SAP partners for all indirect customers focusing on a minimum set of SAP Support standards and requirements.

Evaluated on SAP’s current technical and organizational standards, e-Kenz has successfully passed the extensive and stringent audit of its services and support organizations. This audit process, involving multiple stakeholders, included technical and functional evaluations, such as organizational support processes and methods, quality of services, skills and competencies of the support team and the support infrastructure. In consistency with SAP’s standards, e-Kenz uses SAP Solution Manager for its support infrastructure.

The certification, valid for two years, will become mandatory for all partners delivering support processes for indirect customers.
