Diamos Luxembourg S.A. was founded on May 10th 2011 as a 100% subsidiary of Diamos AG Germany, a leading provider of standard software and services to the investment management industry since 1984.
Diamos will provide services which are specifically geared toward the Luxembourg marketplace from its new subsidiary in Munsbach, Luxembourg. “Consequent market orientation and a close relationship with our clients are cornerstones of our corporate philosophy”, Wilhelm Velten, CEO of Diamos AG and president of Diamos Luxembourg S.A., explains. “In the course of our activities in Luxembourg over the past months, we have experienced an ever increasing demand for our products and particularly for our ASP/SaaS services. We want to satisfy these demands while providing maximum support to our clients.”
The establishment of the Luxembourg subsidiary clearly demonstrates Diamos' strong commitment to the Luxembourg marketplace and is further underpinned through systematic senior personnel appointments. In January 2011 Dr. Robert Hoffmann, former general manager of the ALFI, was appointed as member of the Supervisory Board followed by the appointment of Ronald Kusch, who heads up the Luxembourg subsidiary as managing director. Ronald Kusch has more than 15 years of experience within the Luxembourg investment fund industry. Former positions include branch manager and “administrateur délégué” at Profidata Services AG, another leading provider of investment management software, as well as Senior Management and regional director positions at various software and consulting companies. Ronald is being supported by Alexander Bender who joined Diamos in August 2010 and took over the role as Sales and Business Development Manager Luxembourg. The Board of Directors consists of Wilhelm Velten (President), Alexander Möller and Holger Pfleger.
