Badenoch & Clark celebrated 10 years in Luxembourg on 6th June at the residence of the British Ambassador to Luxembourg, Alice Walpole.
Over 130 guests celebrated in the Ambassador’s gardens, enjoying 23C overlooking the Pétrusse valley.
Managing Director, Darren Robinson commented on their evolution over the10 years in Luxembourg, culminating in receiving the Great Place to Work Label this year.
Established in 1980 in the UK, Luxembourg was Badenoch & Clark’s first international location.
Acquired by the Adecco Group, a Global Fortune 500 Company, in 2010, the group is represented by 90 staff in Luxembourg, through Badenoch & Clark, Ajilon HR Solutions and Adecco Staffing.
Badenoch & Clark Luxembourg has recently been recognised by the Adecco Group (head quartered in Switzerland) as the centre of excellence for professional staffing and is now responsible for operation guidance, support and training for international colleagues.
Badenoch & Clark has offices in the UK, Switzerland, France, the Netherlands and Germany and are currently launching further countries in Europe. They further utilise their group network of professional services brands globally, such as Special Counsel and Parker + Lynch in the United States.
Robinson remarked on one candidate referring to his occupation as ‘selling dreams’, his response was to acknowledge ‘selling’ over 1000 dreams in the last 10 years in Luxembourg.
