Banque Havilland S.A., the Luxembourg based independent private bank, announces its acquisition of a majority stake in the private banking business of Banque Pasche AG, Liechtenstein.

On 30th September 2014 Banque Havilland S.A. has acquired their majority stake from Banque Pasche (Geneva) SA in their Liechtenstein subsidiary. This acquisition enhances Banque Havilland's international private banking presence for Ultra High Net Worth clients particularly those from regions with high growth potential.

The new subsidiary has been renamed Banque Havilland (Liechtenstein) AG and will remain in its current offices in Austrasse 61, LI - 9490 Vaduz.
