Alter Domus was pleased to welcome 32 high potential young hopefuls during its first ever Alter Domus Career Day in Luxembourg.

After initially receiving around 160 applications, 32 candidates were eventually invited to participate in the two day event in its Luxembourg premises on 22 & 23 March, 2013. Over the two days the participants took part in a series of Recruitment interviews, Workshops & Group exercises. There will also a social event on Friday evening and on Saturday morning the participants received individual feedback on their interviews.

HR Director, Dimitri Davreux said” I was very impressed by the level of the candidates, and the interesting interaction they had with us during the two days. With 11 different nationalities participating, the candidates suitably represented what we are in terms of diversity. We very pleased to offer eight candidates an employment contract and the others received individual constructive feedback which we hope will help them move forward in the first steps of their future careers. When asked to describe Alter Domus in four words, the candidates responded with “Human” “Client-Centric” “Professional” and “Fun”. “
