Over one hundred employees, including more than 70 lawyers, will move from the main office based in the center of Luxembourg city to a new working space spread across three floors, by the beginning of next year.
We are excited to be moving into this new space in line with our strategy to expand our capabilities in Luxembourg and the need to bring together all the teams under one roof.
The new office will provide a high standard of excellence to our team and a welcoming environment for our clients and contacts.
A collaborative, flexible, and modern work environment
The new work environment has been designed to reflect CMS’ culture, encouraging innovation, flexibility, and collaboration at every level.
From the beginning, we made sure to involve the employees in the project, identifying their needs and preferences while keeping them informed of the progress”
With employees’ wellbeing at CMS’ core, all elements have been designed to contribute to their professional development, and ultimately, increase the level of excellence CMS constantly seeks to deliver to its clients.
Lawyers and staff will benefit from offices tailored to their working dynamic and integrated into modern, flexible, and collaborative spaces designed to foster interactions between employees.
Sustainability and efficiency as key guidelines
Architect Paul Bretz has been responsible for the construction and design projects. In line with CMS sustainability goals, the international law firm will stand in an environmentally friendly building accredited by the BREEAM certificate, where employees will be able to benefit from a workplace with excellent air quality, good lighting maximized by natural light, and more comfortable thermal and acoustic conditions.
Upon completion of the remaining works on the facilities, the office's official inauguration will take place at the beginning of 2023.
