Clemens Sebisch is a senior associate in the Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions practice of Arendt & Medernach.

He specialises in corporate law, advising on the structuring, financing and implementation of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, refinancing, joint ventures, and transactional business law in general.

He works for national and multinational companies, financial institutions and private equity and real estate funds.

He has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar and of the Munich Bar (Germany) since 2017.

Prior to joining Arendt & Medernach in 2017, he completed his legal traineeship (Referendariat) with stations at large business law firms in Munich, Germany and Tokyo, Japan.

Clemens Sebisch studied law at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich (Germany) and holds the German first and second state exams.
