Benoit Charpentier joined SJL Jimenez Lunz Law Firm as senior legal counsel as of August 7th.
With more than 13 years professional experience in Luxembourg, Benoit has gained a broad expertise in commercial, corporate finance, asset management, restructuring, regulatory and private equity matters. Previously, Benoit headed the legal department of European Fund Administration S.A. (EFA) and Catella Bank. He also practised as a lawyer at Loyens & Loeff and Arendt & Medernach.
