After obtaining a master I in business law, and a master II in business restructuring and insolvency at the Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (France), she worked for several law firms in Paris and Luxembourg.

Carla Valdés Cortés is a Spanish native speaker, bilingual in English and French, and she is a member of the Luxembourg Bar Association since October 2020.

She focuses her practice on banking matters, including financing, and international debt capital markets. She assists international corporations in all industry sectors.
