He joined the team in July 2016, and since then has been assisting clients such as IBM, RiverRock, ContourGlobal, The Independents, etc. on a wide range of business and corporate matters, with a particular focus on private acquisition (private equity and real estate transactions), merger & demerger, corporate structuring and restructuring. Benoit also brings experience on refinancing transactions, and commercial lease matters. In 2019, Benoit spent a 5-month secondment at the London office, in the private equity team of Hogan Lovells. Benoit is a member of the Luxembourg and Paris Bar Associations, and is part of the Legal Company Law working group of the LPEA.
