Going into 2024 and their 20-year anniversary, Atoz Tax Advisers, a Luxembourg advisory firm and founder member of Taxand, is pleased to announce the appointment of two new partners, Samantha Hauw and Fanny Bueb, both experts in international & corporate tax, bringing the number of partners to 16.

Samantha joined  in 2012, having been a tax professional since 2011. She has experience in advising a wide range of international clients on direct tax aspects of cross-border operations, set-up of investment structures, reorganisations and exit planning and is also active in infrastructure, private equity and real estate fund set-up, carried interest, deal structuring and mergers & acquisitions.

Having joined the firm in 2014 and a tax professional since 2011, Fanny has experience in the structuring of alternative investments via Luxembourg, as well as mergers & acquisitions, in particular for multinational groups. She provides tax advisory services to clients in the Luxembourg banking area with a particular focus on the treatment of transactions under Luxembourg GAAP and IFRS.
