Having joined CMS in 2020, her exceptional corporate law expertise has been a valuable asset to a diverse group of clients, including private equity firms, institutional investors, international groups and venture capital firms. She provides expert guidance on Luxembourg corporate law and civil law matters, supporting clients in national and cross-border transactions, such as acquisitions, joint ventures, mergers, demergers, migrations, and restructurings.

 In addition, Andreea has wide-ranging experience in establishing Luxembourg companies or partnerships, ensuring compliance with corporate governance regulations, and drafting shareholder agreements and management incentive plans. Her extensive knowledge of the investment landscape has also helped her advise clients on all investment steps, from structuring transactions at inception to handling their realisation up to exit.
