Ali brings with him over ten years’ experience advising a wide range of banking, private equity and commercial clients on Luxembourg and international tax matters. He specializes in international corporate taxation, with a particular focus on international transactions, project finance and securitization matters. Ali also regularly advises on tax compliance matters and tax litigation cases. Prior to joining BSP, Ali gained considerable experience working in a leading law firm in Luxembourg as well as several leading Big 4 firms.
