After obtaining a Master of Business Management at ICN Business School (Nancy), and a Master II in Business European law at University of Lorraine, Adèle worked for several Luxembourg law firms and related service providers.

She advises local and international companies on a wide range of corporate and business matters, focusing on cross border transactional work and restructuring operations. She assists major domestic and foreign commercial companies, financial institutions and private equity firms on corporate governance, general corporate legal issues and commercial advice. She also commits to the team knowledge sharing, as in this on the recent Luxembourg Law on administrative dissolution without liquidation.

She is a native French speaker, fluent in English as well. She is a member of the Luxembourg Bar Association, and recently took the Bar exam, being now Avocat à la cour.
