Before establishing Funds Partnership, Rana built out the European desk of a major UK Recruitment business, partly thanks to her fluent French. She is well-known for senior hiring in the European Funds Industry, but also in the blogosphere, as her popular online blog for leadership and talent now counts more than 5,000 monthly viewers.
