The Luxembourg Institute of Directors (ILA) is pleased to invite you to attend our conference:

Breaking news from McKinsey and insights from an expert panel on board composition will permit you to assess the fitness of your board to engage successfully with a rapidly changing world.

The ILA board composition committee is happy to invite you to its first event where the importance of a balanced board composition will be discussed and where the new ILA sponsor programme for high potentials, the future generation of board members, will be introduced.

As the ILA board composition committee has set out the mission to identify and mentor high-potential candidates, all participants are encouraged to invite a young talent to the conference.

Registration fees are 30.00€ for ILA members/50.00€ for non-members (3% VAT included). Please note that no invoice will be issued for this event.
