Although the combination of "Fin" and "Tech" is already widening the gender gap, recent studies show that digital skills may be a woman’s most powerful professional asset.
The purpose of this first conference, organized by Women in Digital Empowerment, endorsed by ALFI and sponsored by RBC Investor and Treasury Services, is to provide our participants with a clear overview of the Fintech ecosystem in Luxembourg and to raise awareness of the opportunities offered to women in the Fintech Industry.

- Denise Voss, who was appointed the first Female Chairman of ALFI, the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry, in 2015 and is also Conducting Officer of Franklin Templeton Investments
- Nadia Manzari, Head of Innovation, Payments, Market Infrastructure and Governance at the CSSF,
- Sébastien Danloy, Managing Director, Continental Europe & Offshore, Investor & Treasury Services & CEO RBC Investor Services Bank S.A.
