As in years past, the fun run will take place at Echternach Lake. Recipients receive a starter kit in advance of the event, including a numbered bib, a headband and a white Color Run t-shirt, which runners are required to wear.
Groups of 300 runners start at various intervals, the first starting at noon, and at each kilometer there’s another “colour zone”, where runners have natural, coloured cornflower powder thrown at them by volunteers.
The only real race requirement is to be as colourful as possible at the end of the race.
Following the fun run, a festival with DJs, food and drinks awaits.
