The Law of 14 March 2017 has introduced new obligations for companies which post employees in Luxembourg but also obligations and a specific liability regime for the Luxembourg company which contracts with the employer of the posted employee.
These obligations apply to any type of sector and any type of secondment, including intra-group. During this conference, we will discuss in a practical way, including checklists, the legal regime of secondment, from an employment perspective, including new legal obligations, but also under the social security and immigration laws.
