Improvisation workshop

Paperjam.lu

Following on from the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, the C.S.I. (“Crime Scene Improvisation”) team of six will visit Luxembourg to offer a one-day workshop with New World Theatre Club

The team will work with attendees to introduce the principles of improvisation: a way of creating truthful, interesting scenes without the use of a script. The group will focus on the techniques of storytelling and building emotional relationships that lie at the heart of improv show “C.S.I.: Crime Scene Improvisation”.
The workshops will consist of a series of warm-ups, pair and group exercises, and scenes that will build learners’ improvisational instincts and allow them to put them to use in telling a story that has never been told before.

This workshop is open to all adults (16+, New World Theatre Club members and non-members and beginners to experienced) - all very welcome. There will be a break for lunch although lunch is not provided.
