Over the years, Luxembourg has launched a range of special residence permits for third-country individuals eager to settle down in the heart of Europe and enjoy a business friendly and safe environment. In this context, prior to summer 2016, the Luxembourgish government introduced a dedicated draft law (n°6992) which foresees, among others, an exclusive residence permit dedicated to third-country high-net-worth investors.
