Future trends affecting real estate

Paperjam.lu

The Luxreal Forum Living Spaces will focus on the challenging global dynamics of society and culture, the way we live and work together and how this will inevitably affect the environment we have built and therefore, all real estate sectors.

Based on these dynamics, the presentation of Lars Krückeberg accentuates new trends concerning the building sector and how public, commercial and private spaces should be designed to shape and improve our quality of living in the future. There will be new and powerful alliances: hospitals and the hospitality industry engaging in each other's virtues, retail and marketing sectors venturing into new playgrounds with pop-up concepts and real estate developments that will learn how to invest efficiently into the changing value sets of their customers towards authenticity — which is the new luxury.

Finally, the roundtable will discuss selected industry trends and highlight new ideas for the development of Luxembourg City, with:

  • Pol Goetzinger, co-founder, Sustain S.A., Smart City Luxembourg
  • Lars Krückeberg, founding member of Graft
  • Laurent Marochini, head of Innovation and Quality at Société générale
  • Michel-Edouard Ruben, fondation Idea, Luxembourg
