The low number of women participating on the boards of directors of publicly traded, private and other organisations in Luxembourg has been the subject of much debate. The Female Board Pool aims to improve contact between experienced female board members and organisations to improve the representation of women on boards of directors.
The event is held in partnership with managing partner of the International Center for Corporate Governance at the University of St Gall, Switzerland, Dr Martin Hilb.
