English is growing in importance as a language of communication and for business while young people are increasingly exposed to English through media. In recent years, Luxembourg schools have added theatre as an element to English language classes in a bid to help students improve their language and develop presentational skills and confidence.
This festival is a chance for audiences to discover new plays and support the country’s vibrant young talent.
The festival of English language school theatre in Luxembourg is organised by the Association Luxembourgeoise des Enseignants d’Anglais in conjunction with the BGT English Theatre Company, under the patronage of the British Embassy Luxembourg.
