Join the British Chamber of Commerce for an interactive workshop to exchange ideas and learn about best practices, tools and strategies for individuals, leaders and organisations wanting to build a more inclusive workplace. We will explore what kinds of unconscious bias exist, how they influence us, and why it matters.
Participants can deepen their understanding of a particular aspect of organisational unconscious bias by attending one of our workshops. Key findings from each group discussion will be presented back to the entire group following the sessions.
The event will be introduced by Sarah Battey, the HR Group subject matter expert and then followed by a breakout session.
