The UN has asked governments to “Step it Up” by making national commitments that will close the gender equality gap by 2030. Critical barriers exist everywhere, so how will countries attain the UN goal? Women’s networking organization The Network invites Aiesbo and a range of business chambers in Luxembourg to share practical advice and best practices on how they are encouraging gender equality and bringing about change.
Idea Foundation economist Sarah Mellouet will give the keynote speech while Larissa Best of gender complementarity advocacy Equilibre will lead the discussion, along with representatives from the African continent, Brazil, India, Iran, Romania and Scandinavia.
