Howarth is a professor of political economy at the university’s Identités. Politiques, Sociétés, Espaces unit, where he studies financial regulation and lobbying, economic and monetary union, and banking systems.
He previously led the University of Edinburgh’s Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence.
The luncheon is €45 for Tifgi members and €60 for non-members.
