Attend blockchain book discussion

Paperjam.lu

“Blockchain Regulation and Governance in Europe” is the latest book written by Michèle Finck, in which she examines blockchain technology and its relationship with EU law.

The senior researcher at the Max Planck Institute will be in Luxembourg on 4 March to present her book and have a discussion with University of Luxembourg professor Jean-Louis Schiltz.

Particular focus will be given to the chapter in her book on the general data protection regulation (GDPR), the most important regulation of its kind in the past decades.

A panel discussion led by Allen & Overy, with Luxtrust and CNPD, will follow.

In addition to her affiliation with the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition, Finck is a research fellow at University College London and an academic fellow at the Centre on Regulation in Europe.
