Arendt Financial Law Forum

Paperjam.lu

Arendt & Medernach is pleased to announce the eighth edition of our Arendt Financial Law Forum. This forum is a unique opportunity for legal experts and other decision-makers at financial institutions to meet and to be informed by specialists with respect to legal, regulatory and tax developments affecting their business.

This year, we will have the great privilege of welcoming Mr. David J. Wright who is the current chairman of EUROFI, Paris, and a Partner at Flint Global, as a keynote speaker.

We will be focusing on the powers of the European Supervisory Authorities (ESA) and the challenges of corporate governance. An update on securitisation will be provided as well and we will also explore recent developments in case law relating to financial law matters.

These recent key legal and regulatory topics will be addressed by distinguished external speakers from the banking, corporate, fund and asset management sectors at an international level who will share their views with our Arendt experts in financial matters in what is expected to be a lively debate.
